At W for Woman, we strive to ensure you love your ethnic wear, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free 15-day return and exchange policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and retain all original tags to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log into your account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.

  Pack the Product

  Place the unused garment in its original packaging with all brand tags, invoices, and accessories intact to ensure a smooth inspection.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is submitted, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 2-3 business days to collect the package.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality check, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
